Halio's Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Important Note

We strongly recommend making an unboxing video when you receive your product.

  • This video serves as proof that the correct product was delivered in good condition.

  • Claims without this documentation may not be processed.

  • Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The product is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

⚠️ We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have.

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
